Conflict happens in all our lives, at times necessitating some external source to help mitigate it and work toward resolution.
My name is Chuck Cunningham, and I have been a mediator for more than
10 years. I started Integral Dispute Resolution to promote my
philosophy of conflict resolution and mediation, hoping to help others
work toward ending disputes in areas of my special expertise including,
but not limited to, real estate, builder/homeowner disputes, employment
and the workplace and in guardianship and estate cases.
I believe that invoking the mediation process at the early stages of the conflict is the best course, and that such processes should take place in an informal, relaxed environment, as far from court-like settings as possible. It is my ambition to help you resolve conflict in a way that doesn't compromise your values or your comfort in the process.
